Our Truffle Sauce is one of our most popular truffle-based products because it is simple and versatile, for making many truffle-based recipes, and can be refrigerated for up to 15/18 days after opening, provided that the jar is always topped up with olive oil.

This unique tartufata is made by mixing selected pure black truffles. Truffle sauce combines perfectly with pasta, risotto, fried eggs and meat while enriching your dishes with intense flavour and aroma.

INGREDIENTS:
Champignon mushroom (agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, black olives, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) min. 5%, pepper, salt, garlic, flavouring.
