Our Chips are thicker than normal crisps, crispy and fried only in olive and sunflower oil. Their thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canap?s and tapas or in salads.

Prepared with our pesto powder, a cryo-dried condiment that retains all the flavour of the fresh ingredients, without altering the taste or colour compared to the classic recipe.
