Our Chips are thicker than normal chips, crispy and fried only in olive and sunflower oil.

Their particular thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canap?s and tapas or in salads.

The condiment with mustard, honey and white truffle is prepared in-house by Tartuflanghe and is cryo-dried, preserving the flavour of the fresh raw materials.
